As the new football season barrels towards us (Sept 6th is the first game... a Thursday night..), I open up my weekly NFL pool to TVGuy readers as well...

I'm sure there are questions.. here are the answers...

Q: How do you play?

A: The rules are simple... pick the winners each week (including the total points of the Monday Night game for tiebreaker purposes) and email me your picks by Wed 10pm if there's a Thursday game, and by Saturday 10pm when there are just normal Sunday games...

Each week we'll pay out the top 5 spots... and the Top Ten at the end of the year will receive prizes as well...

Q: What are the prizes?

A: Well, depends on how many folks we get... we'll know the first weekend what the prize setup will be both for weekly and for year end... and no, I pay just like everyone else and take no money for running the pool... that's how we roll at TVGuy....

Q: How much does it cost to enter this fabulous contest?

A: A mere pittance.. As I'm not sure however whether asking for money for an office pool is kosher with the Blogger police however, let's do this..

Q: Couldn't you just wait til Sunday night then say that you got all of them right so you win each week?

A: Sure, If I was a slimeball... I'll post my picks online each week before the start of the games.. don't worry...
